Measurements and Targets
In addition to the Strategy Map, the Balanced Scorecard consists of a fully-aligned framework of measurements and targets to direct CISC’s initiatives and actions toward achievement of strategic objectives. Measuring results is crucial to the spirit of performance management.
CISC’s management team will report on and monitor progress on a regular basis. The feedback from this process provides the basis for strategic communications, discussions and decisions on whether to adjust resources, targets, implementation plans, or strategies.
